Hi list, some weeks ago I've posted on these ml a message for the same problem and marked as solved. Today I'm retrying to play with pfsense and get same problems. Configuring squidguard with blacklist in a first moment works good...at this point I save all config and reboot to check all works after s reboot. Once rebooted, squid starts, squiduard starts, c-icap clamd starts and so on. Opening a blacklisted site squidguard does not perform redirect. After some test I've enabled ssh console and getting a shell and tried squidguard command to test him like: ' echo "http://www.blocked.url ip...." | /path/to/squidguard -c configfile' and redirect works fine. After this test, without any modification on pfsense squidguard filters url. Then I've rebooted pfsense but the problem still persist. Running the same squidguard test cmd all back to works.
This on pfsense 2.2 + squid3 + c-icap + squidclamav + clamd + squidguard. Can someone point me on the right direction? Thanks in advance Alessandro.
