It does however require that you correctly set your time zone either in its configuration file or in the php.ini configuration file otherwise the hourly graphs will not match your local time.
Personally I changed my php.ini in /usr/local/etc date.timezone="Canada/Eastern" I believe it said GMT/GMT or something similar originally. You will need to restart the web frontend from the console (option 11 I think) once you do this otherwise the change will not take effect. Right in the top section of the config file.
