Your post does not contain enough information to properly assess the
problem, but I do see a couple of things that pop out as potential
problems.

1. USB network adapters are know to cause problems with pfsense.
2. Your USB Lan and Onboard LAN appear to be in the same subnet. This
is probably a misconfiguration.

Rather than outline a long troubleshooting procedure here, may I
recommend that you 1. post a simple diagram of your network and
subnets, and 2. consider eliminating the USB adapter from your pfsense
machine and instead use vlans with the laptop's NIC to achieve what
you want?
