When I did only that the clients were complaining about "the second IP-Address of ipconfig should be an IP, it looks like a netmask" (paraphrasing); perhaps it's a strange client (embedded 3G-VPN-Router) but I thought that maybe other people could run into the same problem. Unchecking "Address Pool" *in addition* to setting net30 solved that.
