Arlington Hills is a formerly white working class neighborhood now becoming new immigrant and Rondo, of course, is the historic heart of St. Paul's African American community. We have often talked about how hard it is to connect our "academic discourse" about race with popular discourses. These are two great opportunities to listen as well as speak...
