Felix -- can you go ahead and get set up with github? I think your code is
the most complete, so I would say we should go ahead and use that as our
base. I would say go ahead and check it in.  You implied you were working
on some bug fixes, so once you have worked those out I think we can move on
with development. If you want us to help you with those, of course that
could also be possible.

I think a meeting would be good but a bit challenging as we're spread
across continents. Perhaps we can shoot for a weekend meeting that will
give use the flexibility with the time zone differences?
