Well I thought about using this, since the FileReader Api does indeed have an option with ArrayBuffers, but decided not to do it since openpgp.js only supports strings as input. This may be useful in the future as I experimemted with pdf.js in order to render PDF files without a plugin and it takes ArrayBuffers, but at the moment it seems too experimemtal. Tankred
