I don't like to criticize other people's work in an area, which is not my
area of expertise, but I'll try to give my initial thoughts.

I like the overall concept, with the dial.. that's clever. I understand why
she tilted it, so it's more obvious that it is what it is. But I think
its unnecessary and people will get it even if its strait... I haven't seen
many logos that are in 3D, so making it strait may simplify it for the
viewer. The colors make sense for a lock, but I don't know if they express
the hipness of a cool new HTML5 encryption library ;) Maybe if the edges
weren't so ragged and the image was overall a bit more cartoony... but not
too much, the brand definitely needs to express a professional touch, so
that people can trust it.

Apart from that, there's a big empty space on the lower right corner of
http://safewith.me. If the concept fits the style of that page, I would
love to add something there. But I'm thinking I could also write "Powered
by OpenPGP.js" with some beautiful CSS3 typography, since there are already
two logos on that page.. I don't want to overdo it.
