Just got a chance to look at this.  I think the test you're running against
is an outdated version. Try running against the test pages found in github
(using the most recent openpgp.js code). When I run it in there it works as
intended. I also tried it in my gmail extension just to see if it would
work and it seemed to work properly.

Please try this and let me know if it works for you.
