Require.js looks promising. Mozilla has also used it for browserquest, which is why I happen to have taken a peek at it earlier. From what the docs say, it plays nice with web worker. It may be worth a try to see if it eases the development/maintenance of the project. Naif, would you like to take a shot at integrating it in an experimental branch?
