Well, i agree that structured discussion on github are usually fine, but
any opensource community should have an irc chat available for
engagement :-)

Freenode is explicitly an irc chat networks hosting most opensource
projects irc chatroom, i feel we shall anyhow try to chill there and
promote it publicly.

Otherwise there's no specific effort in trying to foster a community
that need the inter-personal jokes of a chat! :-)
