Sorry, I meant to add a posting to the list to let everyone know
about this...
The news server developed a problem accepting news feeds from certain
sources, including the mail-to-news gateway script. (Not sure why,
yet.) I've been assisting with the administration of that server for
some time now (under the table/after hours), but I've just accepted a
full-time position with Sunshine Cable starting on Oct 12, right
after the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Once I've moved to the new
job I will actually have (paid!) time to dig in and fix the problem!
I'll be fully populating all of the missed messages once I get the
anomaly resolved.
My work e-mail will be switching from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] as a result of this transition as well. My
permanent e-mail of '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' will be unchanged.
My appologies to all who have been relying on the news server as a
backup to the mailing list... I will get this fixed as soon as I can!
(And please *feel free* to nag me on this if it takes too long!)
