[REBOL] cgi support

Tripod, a free WEB host, at which I've posted a few photos, is offering cgi
support in the near future.
They say "Tripod will soon support member-created Perl CGI scripts"
Does this mean I could use REBOL to post an interactive game with "radio
push buttons" for user input at their web site?  I'm totally ignorant about
CGI, so please be kind!
