Could someone comment on how one insures domain specific semantics. For example, I can imagine many domains where the word 'create' might have utility. As long as each domain only loads its own files, everything is OK, but, for peaceful cooperation of the same words in different domains in a multi-disciplinary environment (ie, note how Yahoo handles everything from Finance to News to Chat to Email), there must be some means of specifying domain. And then of course, different people in the same domain will have different ideas about the basic meaning of certain words. Take philosophy and the word 'existence' ... existentialists would vary from another philosopher-type, right?! Examples: -------------- same word, different domains: create: make DNA! create: make mandelbrot-painting! create: make bank-account! same domain, different philosophy love: make babies! love: make peace! love: make money! Just some thoughts from a former intellect, who is almost thinking of dropping everything and joining this company NOW :-) Terrence
