Thank to both, but I was interested in the REBOL software
solution. Do I really have to limit my TCP/IP stack to do so? I thought
there would be some way, e.g.

if not any port/dns [194.196.81.129 195.47.26.*] [insert port "Not allowed
to connect"]

or something like that :-)
