Now the best way that I can think of for implementing REBOL as an IPL
on the amiga, is have the amiga version of REBOL/command (right
module?) directly access the ARexx messaging ports. Because many
exsisting programs (like most of them) already have an ARexx port
available, REBOL would be seen as a 'natural' replacement for or
companion to ARexx. Something similar could be done for other
platforms if IPLs exist for them. (Yes, that's where you start really
getting platform specific under the hood, but if the APIs are the
same/similar, then REBOL should still be able to have some sort of
portability, at least as far as programming style...)
