Any further ideas on getting the "OK" or any other unspecified length
response back from the modem without Rebol hanging indefinately?

I've tried the later replacements for the speech system a little bit, but
was never satisfied with the results. The original from OS1.3 seemed more
understandable (maybe I didn't do enough to get the later ones sounding
good). Any specific tips Bo (including accents)?
