I use a REBOL -> tcp server (I wrote it in C) interface that launches
the dialup networking by launching a freeware command line dialer
called RasDial95. The only difference is that you don't get to see
the modem LEDs in the system tray... I can't send you my tcp server,
because of a number of reasons, but if you want to try this yourself,
you can get RasDial95 at this URL:
