[REBOL] REBOL.ORG Web Bot

MS IE3 won't work with the REBOL.org web bot. The web bot says it can't
upload files. Netscape 3.4 does work, though.
        It's a little disturbing, though, for the archive Web Bot to say:
                Here is the header as I received it: 
                        make object! [
        when "make object!" doesn't exist in my script?

        Also, when does the main page get updated? Or am I impatient? ^_^
