[REBOL] Faxing in REBOL

Since REBOL is a "messaging" language, it appears there is no fax capability
in REBOL. Let's say I want to fax a web page to someone. On the rebol.com
site it says: "As a messaging language, REBOL provides seamless network
connectivity to the Internet protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP, NNTP,
Finger, and others." But faxing is also part of messaging, like email, etc.
Are there any plans for faxing in REBOL to be included later or have I
missed something?
