no, not at this time...the REBOL kernel is proprietary, however, implementation of the
protocols, output of REBOL and other functions are open source for you to view...

not yet...we have a beginners book on REBOL to be released through Osborne/McGraw Hill
in January. We are also completely revising our Core documentation which should be
ready very soon.

REBOL was written in C for portability
