My interest in Rebol is purely intellectual--something to play around with. I found a free version of Smalltalk recently, a language I have been hearing about since early articles in BYTE. I know a bit about object-oriented vs. procedural languages. But I am wondering what other important differences there might be between smalltalk and rebol, beyond the obvious fact that you need a smalltalk implemented for the particular cpu you will run the programs on. What advantages might one have over the other for the general hobbyist? The pro? Thanks for any insights. Cordially, Jim Ventola // [EMAIL PROTECTED]
