Computer Julian dates also refer to those that are based on counting
seconds or milliseconds or any time unit, not just days. The rollover
for 32-bit second counters from 1980 is somewhere around the year 2116
(if I remember correctly). If anyone still has x86 pc's then they can
count on them failing.

Some languages use 64-bit floating point Julian counters to simplify
things a little - those won't roll over for about 2.9 million years.
If someone is still running code I wrote then without a rewrite, they
deserve what they get :)
