Hi,
there is few places in REBOL ,which seems to lack capability of
auto-documentation, not being able to be reported .. but well, maybe I
am just lacking proper knowledges :-)
OK, let's start:
>> system/console/prompt: "->>"
== "->>"
->>help now
Returns the current local date and time.
Arguments:
Refinements:
/year -- Returns the year only.
/month -- Returns the month only.
/day -- Returns the day of the month only.
/time -- Returns the time only.
/zone -- Returns the time zone offset from GMT only.
/date -- Returns date only.
/weekday -- Returns day of the week as integer (Sunday is day 7).
->>
->>time: now
== 6-Nov-1999/6:28:33+1:00
->>help time
time is word of value: 6-Nov-1999/6:28:33+1:00
->>time/julian
== 310
->>
Ah, can you see it? --->> /JULIAN ... does it come from an outer space
or what? :-) How should one know, there is possibility of using such
refinement?
The same goes for:
port/status
email/host
email/user
Is there any chance user can find above info without studying docs? Is
such info available to REBOL interpreter?
what about?:
->> help email!
email! is word of value: email
Allows:
/user "blablabla"
/host "blebleble :-)"
or ....
->>t: now
== 6-Nov-1999/6:39:01+1:00
->>help t
t is word of value: 6-Nov-1999/6:39:01+1:00
Allows: ; or Refined:
/julian
->> refined? t
== true
.... or something like that ...
Does anyone understand, what I am trying to say? :-))
So, bye :-)
