[REBOL] system/user/words, system/script/words

Hi,

just browsing thru REBOL system object and found out following items:

system/user/words
system/script/words

What are they good for? IIRC correctly, sometimes during initial 2.0
release it was said 2.1 is going to introduce modules, but it hadn't
happened yet. Anything in common?
