I use windows 98. In it I have a program which continuously looks for a
file, say "docmd". If the program finds the file, it executes it and erases
it.  Thus, all I have to do to execute program.exe from REBOL is write the
file docomd containing the line program.exe. I hope this helps.

If there is a reply to the command I write program.exe > reply. I then read
the file reply.
