I'm considering attempting a little networking between 2 or more Amiga,
Linux and/or Win95 machines here for some role playing games (AD&D,
Shadowrun, etc.). I was wondering if AWeb accepts server pushed pages (not
that I know exactly what all that entails, just making assumptions). I'm
thinking about sending data from one computer (as the GM, maybe using
Rebol) on the LAN to another running a browser.
Anyone have thoughts on this idea from any angle (browsers, servers, RPGs)?
For Instant Messaging (IRC, ICQ, AIM, etc.), is there any IM server that
runs on a local network (probably Linux)? Preferably an IM with clients
available for multiple platforms (Amiga, Linux, W95).
