[REBOL] Can'g read web pages

Hi,folks!
I downloaded Rebol/core to my computer(win98,ie5,modem)
and begin testing:
send email --OK
receive email --OK
download FTPfiles --OK
but,when i want to read web page ,REBOL Stoped responsing to me!!

command: read http://www.rebol.com

Why?
