[REBOL] SELMA Anomaly?

Apparently Assembly sent off to emails today:

one was sent off at
22 Nov 1999 14:34:07 -0500

the other was sent off at
02:41 PM 11/22/99 -0500

I received the second one earlier today, the first one which was apparently
sent off seven minutes earlier just arrived now. Has anyone else noticed
the same thing, is it SELMA or is it my ISP?
