Why don't you try using the command line arguments that start up REBOL
without console and suprressing the security dialogs and see if you can do
that (manually) on the Macintosh. I believe there used to be Mac specific
problem with that with earlier versions of REBOL, but I don't seeing any
comments since 2.2. If that can be done then all you will need to do is to
set up WebStar, which is something the WebStar people should be able to
tell you how to do.
