Yes... but I don't think you'd want to spiral-bind it quite yet.  Still much
more to add, and most of the examples need to be evaluated and their results
shown in the text.

But to answer your question: yes.  We use a REBOL script to format and build
the manual with all its links.  We plan to add a number of features to it,
like an option to build a single HTML document file and a fully linked index.

Right now, our focus is on content. That's the priority.
