I am not sure you are right here, as my colleague at work is using such aproach.
He failed with all that mutexes stuff so tried primitive opening of file
exclusively, and it works. Even if the app crashes, it works, as the file will
remain on hd, undeleted, but is not opened exclusively anymore.
Or am I missign something?
Anyway: REBOL Tech, add open/exclusive to your enhancement requests database,
please ...
