Hi,
I noticed that -c argument is missing in the directions.
Try c:\REBOL\rebol.exe -c %s %s to run REBOL in windowless mode and pass
CGI arguments to the script.
Or try c:\REBOL\rebol.exe -cs %s %s to turn off security and be able to
write files and send them over the network.
