Yes, these flags should be available. The ones used by the built-in
protocol handlers are defined in system/standard/port-flags, but the rest
should be defined there as well. Until they get added, if you need any
particular values, let me know and I will e-mail them to you. I don't want
to just post a list of numerical values since they could change and the
correct way to reference them is through system/standard/port-flags.
