I get a similar result, too, using Windows 98. I used Microsoft's Internet
Explorer 5, and _can_ access the site, though I can even read the .pdf file
that's there. In REBOL, I tried doubling the timeout at:
system/schemes/default/timeout
from 30 to 60, but that made no difference.
There could be a bug in REBOL here.
