Hi Stefan.
IIRC, the limit is/was 1024 chars for whole URL (when you use GET method,
content of form is added to URL of script). Somewhere I heard that some
software has this limit only 512 kB.
I'm not sure what's the state of this limit now, but it's quite often
to exceed 1024 chars without any problem. Maybe you should look into
specifications for URL.
