I am. I've been using Xitami for a bit of in-house prototyping, and
am using REBOL for CGI underneath it. (Just plain vanilla CGI, so
your hints about other possibilities definitely got my attention and
curiousity.)

I have found one or two annoyances. For example, there's seem to be
something non-standard in the behavior of Xitami's ftp server. FTP
sessions using a command-line utility work OK, but a commercial GUI-
based ftp tool (Reflection) always hangs at the end of the first PUT
transfer. As I've used Reflection with a variety of Unices with nary
a hiccup, I suspect Xitami to be the culprit (but, to be fair, haven't
taken the time to packet-sniff yet).
