I did actually try that myself. It came out to a 850k PDF, 300 pages.

I haven't tried it myself, but if I were going to print it, I'd invest
in a ream of pre-punched paper and a large binder first.

In http://www.rebol.org web section there is a script to
combine small web pages in to "one big one". Maybe that
would do it?
I know I want some thing that I can feed my printer and go
away and come back when its done, not set here clicking on
each of the HTML files...
