Now i'm really confused, it could be that you're using bart as your host name, when there exists www.bart.com. Normally the setup instructions for Dial-up Networking (if that is what you're using), usually says to use your username for host (eg tjohnson) and in this case, matnet.com for the domain name. Have you tried this?? Mike.
