Wouldn't that cause a "Reply to All" to cause the author of the message
being replied to to get duplicates? One to him personally and one to the
list? Also, if you did this, everyone would have to remember to do a "Reply
to All" to every message, otherwise the list wouldn't get the message.

Speaking about the book though, when's the *first* one supposed to come out?
