Being far too lazy to do this myself, a request. If anybody gets around to doing a
single-pdf version of this thing for Americal letter-sized paper, could you drop me
a line or post a pointer here? ;-) I actually went through and printed all the
HTML versions individually, but some of the text ran over margins. Various other
suggested solutions had a variety of problems, so the best I've been able to do was
this HTML version with horizontal truncation in some places. I'd love to have a
nice PDF-ized letter-printed version to refer to, but am content enough with what
I've got at this point to wait until somebody else does it.
