The Mac OS is less forgiving..

open %myfolder  -----  Will not work
open %myfolder/ -----  Works!

Now I seem unable to open an FTP connection from the MAC.. Any idea? The 
following command works on Windows/Linux but not on Mac:

open ftp://user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/
