The first two can be handled by 'parse-header-date, but not the third.

22-Feb-2000/15:33:09
You can get the day of week this way:
days: ["Mon" "Tue" "Wed" "Thu" "Fri" "Sat" "Sun"]
probe pick days testdate/weekday
