Win95 'eh? ...been a while but here goes.....You must enable or install some
form of web server. It can be PWS (way confusing and convoluted) or
something much easier like Sambar server. Sambar is free and a very easy and
very good learning environment. http://sambar.com if you want it. Inside of
6 months you will pony up the fee for the full version (the exhorbitant
amount of $75 US, including unlimited tech support via actual sambar users
mailing list if you want to subscribe, and all new releases and updates).
Once you get it up and running (it will run fine using defaults after
install) ...Oop...almost forgot....go to microsoft.com and find DCOM if you
haven't already....you won't get far without it...

Still with me? To enable REBOL or PERL or a few other things...you must put
them in your path....it's in the install instructions. Done by editing
Autoexec.? under win95....best way is rename existing one ie autoexecOLD.bat
then edit and save as autoexec.bat so if things do not go well you can
revert to old one easily...

You can learn a great deal using these forums. Please try to read the
readmes and instructions or manuals prior to asking for assistance. You will
get a lot of good help when including an example of your efforts (even if
very terrible efforts), much more so than just asking howdoi??
http://askjeeves.com can handle the howdoi's? as well or better (and always
quicker) than these mailing forums.

Be sure to add *.pl *.r etc to your config file if using sambar...it's very
easy. BTW, I am not compensated for comments as to Sambar or REBOL (am very
new to it myself). For an example of both however visit
http://doh-uh.dyndns.org . Email me off-list for an explanation of how you
can get a "pseudodomain" along those lines, also free of charge.
Lots of luck to you...I was where you are about a year or so ago....you'll
do fine.
