[REBOL] [REBOL]Where's CGI Documentation?

I am looking at the rebol guide that I recently downloaded.
I see no documentation for CGI scripting.
Example:
OPERATION,EXPRESSIONS,SCRIPTS,SERIES,MATH,FILES
NETWORK,PARSE,VALUES
Under NETWORK I see:
URLs,http,ftp,smtp,pop,dns,daytime,finger,whois,nntp,ports
No mention of cgi.

I must be looking in the wrong place.
Where should I be looking?
