[REBOL] network setting

[FSubr]

hello,
i have problem with network setting. I set up proxy host name, port number
and type
and it did not work. Please tell me what is the problem. 

error message:

>> read http://www.rebol.com
connecting to: www.rebol.com
** Access Error: Port none not open.
** Where: read http://www.rebol.com
