Here you go:

Mimetypes: make object! [
    Text: make object! [
        HTML: "^/Content-type: text/html^/^/"
        ]
    ]

Just expand as desired and repost to the list. It'll give you what you want:

>> mimetypes/text/html
== "^/Content-type: text/html^/^/"

    with out the need to clutter up 'system with things that other people
might not want.
