[REBOL] Comma separated data?

Hello, I have a comma separated file which when read into Rebol is a string.  I need 
some information on how one would separate this data.  I have looked at the user guide 
in particular the series chapter but still can not make sense of how you would split 
up a string of characters.  I know how to join them together thanks to help from this 
list.  I know this should be easy to do.
