I understand that cookies are just a marker that can be accessed by the remote
server. They should'nt get in the way. What is probably going on is that
there is meta tags that are disabling caching for that page. Either one of
these should interfere with your caching:
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache">
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0">
