It may also be speed related. Because I have used three completely different
browsers and REBOL, to attempt getting the page, can we assume that it is
probably not software related? I do have a slow modem, but am asking another
person using my ISP to request the page, as a comparison.

Since Galt was able to get a complete page, at least I know that the page is
not completely "broken".

An odd thing is a time-lag in getting the page started, and is  (I am
guessing, here...) probably proxy
related, passing off the page access. Is this the relay lag?

A reload/refresh does not work, either; it only loads a >different< page.
